DSA Test fees 2009

* *Update** The DSA have raised the price of the Theory and practical driving tests.  Following a recent public consultation, ministers agreed with raising the test fees for driving tests booked on or after 30 March 2009.  Following the announcement further information will be available on DSA's website and on test centre notice boards.  The Theory test is now £31 and the practical test is £62.
